2. Services
Silver Creek Warranty provides extended warranty and protection plans for home systems, appliances, and vehicles. All services are subject to plan limitations, exclusions, and conditions outlined in your contract.
3. Eligibility
Customers must be at least 18 years old and reside in eligible service areas within the United States.
4. Coverage Limitations
Coverage applies only to systems, appliances, or vehicles registered under an active warranty plan. Pre-existing conditions or damages caused by misuse, neglect, or natural disasters are not covered.
5. Payments & Renewals
All payments must be made in full or via approved installment plans. Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
6. Claims
Claims can be submitted online or via our 24/7 customer service. Claims are subject to verification and plan coverage details. Unauthorized repairs are not reimbursed.
7. Termination
Silver Creek Warranty reserves the right to cancel or refuse service for fraudulent activity or violation of terms. Customers may cancel at any time under the Refund Policy below.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
